I often realised that, after making the mistake of not taking my makeup off to sleep (whenever I’m sleeping at a friends house), my face looked ten times worse in the morning…
Studies do show that leaving makeup on your face – such as foundation, concealer, eyeliner, mascara, blush – can age your face. You may think that the ageing process that it does make is not an enormous amount but it can add up…fast.
Make up sets into fine lines & wrinkles as well as deep set scars and pores creating an appearance of deeper wrinkles, scars and pores.
So, every night before you go to bed, make sure you are removing every ounce of make up on your face and leave no excess! Otherwise you might get quite a scare the next morning…
